Why should I get orthotics?
People often ask us why the might need orthotics. They may have never had orthotics before or have previous orthotics that weren’t very helpful. Those with flat feet and high arched feet are those who can benefit from orthotics. Also, we have found plenty of patients with knee pain that source of their knee pain is from their problems with their feet. Don’t let your issues with your feet get in the way of you walking and running pain free.

How do they differ from over-the-counter orthotics?
Over-the-counter orthotics are not specific to your foot type or factor in other biomechanical factors that are occurring above the foot. Over-the-counter are treating your left and right foot like they are the same. Our custom orthotics are made with the specific dimensions of your foot. They are unique to you and no one else and they can address asymmetrical function of your feet.. Think about it in this way. When you get a great fitting pair of custom orthotics it is like finding a prescription for your glasses that is right on. You just know it is the right feel and soon as you put them on. Don’t let ankle, knee, or hip pain keep you off the trail or out of the gym.
